Average carcass weight is between 300 and 400 lbs per half - hanging on the rail. This price includes your half of a beef, transportation from the ranch to Tizer Meats, the kill and the cut and wrap!
 
$1000 non-refundable deposit required before we pick it up from the ranch. Balance to be paid when you pick up the finished product.
