Experience the exceptional quality of Montana raised American Wagyu beef, meticulously bred and nurtured for three full years at the prestigious Galt ranch, situated in the picturesque setting of White Sulphur Springs. Each animal enjoys a thoughtfully structured three-year regimen designed to enhance their overall well-being and culminate in the finest premium beef. In the initial year of their life, these Wagyu cattle roam freely alongside their mothers, fostering a natural and stress-free environment that is crucial for their early development. Moving into their second year, they transition to a diet composed exclusively of ranch-grown forage. This includes a carefully curated selection of grasses and plants that are grown directly on the ranch, ensuring a consistent and high-quality nutritional intake. By the third year, the cattle are introduced to free-choice grain, which includes a blend of oats and barley. This diet is designed to enhance the marbling and tenderness of the meat, resulting in the distinctively rich and buttery flavor that American Wagyu beef is known for. At Tizer Meats, we take immense pride in our custom meat processing techniques. These methods are tailored to preserve the unique flavor profiles and exceptional tenderness that set this beef apart. Heart healthy. No hormones. No antibiotics. Ranch raised. No feedlots. Free choice grain finished. Buying your animal directly from the ranch saves money and cuts out the middlemen. Each order is handled with the utmost care and precision. Enjoy your dining experience with Wagyu beef raised with integrity, expertise, and a commitment to quality right here in the heart of Montana. Enhance your table with the unparalleled taste and texture of beef that has been cared for with dedication from start to finish.
